Essential Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines.
  • Read and understand operation sheets, operational sketches, and blueprints.
  • Deburring and polish hardware.
  • Troubleshoot quality problems.
  • Perform in-process checks.
  • Run re-cuts or rework after setup.
  • Perform inspections using precision measuring and test equipment.
  • Work within a team to meet operational targets.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of related experience in manufacturing or a 2-year degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and lean manufacturing concepts.
