Essential Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines.
- Read and understand operation sheets, operational sketches, and blueprints.
- Deburring and polish hardware.
- Troubleshoot quality problems.
- Perform in-process checks.
- Run re-cuts or rework after setup.
- Perform inspections using precision measuring and test equipment.
- Work within a team to meet operational targets.
- Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of related experience in manufacturing or a 2-year degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with computer systems and lean manufacturing concepts.
