About the Job:

This is a sales position where you will be responsible for presenting our properties to potential clients and convincing them to rent one of our apartments.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market surveys to understand the needs of our clients.
  • Presents our properties to potential clients and provides detailed information about our services.
  • Builts strong relationships with current clients and encourages them to recommend our property to their friends and family.
  • Works closely with the team to ensure that all units are ready for occupancy by new residents.

 

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English.
  • Experience working with software related to sales and marketing.

 

Your salary could range from $55,000 to $80,000 per year depending on your experience and location.
