We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid Missouri SLP license or eligibility for state licensure.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
