We are seeking an experienced Educational Program Director to lead our team at Children of America. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Care for infants and toddlers, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff through regular updates and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
  • Flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • First Aid/CPR certification required
