Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance evaluation procedures to ensure the center's financial stability and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current valid Missouri RN License.
  • Experience in surgical and Pre-Op/Post-Op areas.
  • Proven experience as a clinical director or other managerial position.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
