Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Engage with residents in life-enriching activities, such as hobbies, exercise, and social events.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and service needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull carts up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
