Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, practicing good listening skills and taking ownership of customer shipping needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends, and operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but will consider high school seniors based on availability.
  • Experience: Retail/customer service experience, good communication and people skills, and ability to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
  • Skills: Excellent packing skills, strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, outstanding phone skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 40+ pounds, and prompt, reliable, and responsible.
