About the Role

As a Maintenance Expert at Collective, you will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional upkeep and appearance of our properties. With a passion for fixing things and a commitment to excellence, you will strive to lead by example in completing service requests and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Preserve the professional appearance and safety of our community through upkeep, cleanliness, and general maintenance.
  • Complete all service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and manage maintenance shop, inventory, and tools.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Learning and Development team to implement Maintenance Best Practices and improve our processes.
