Position Overview
The Utility Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and organizing daily operations for the team. This role emphasizes the importance of safety and effective communication while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and schedules daily tasks for the crew to ensure efficient workflow.
- Implements and upholds safety protocols, providing training to team members.
- Engages with clients and property owners to address concerns and provide updates.
- Keeps detailed records and generates reports on work progress and safety compliance.
- Conducts inspections and performs necessary maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical capability to work at heights and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
Education & Experience Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of experience in utility line clearance is preferred.
Pre-Employment Conditions
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background investigation is required.
Travel Requirements
Reliable transportation is necessary to reach job sites.
Physical Demands
