About the Role

As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will provide essential support to families and children by delivering evidence-based ABA therapy services in their homes or community settings. Your primary focus will be on helping children develop important life skills, promoting positive outcomes, and ensuring they reach their full potential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for building trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions in client homes or community settings
  2. Gather and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  3. Maintain open lines of communication with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
