Dietary Aide

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at SpringPath Mental Health Services. As a key member of our Intensive Residential Treatment Services team, you will play a vital role in providing care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals with significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to individuals served, adhering to dietary needs and preferences.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, grocery shopping, and inventory control.
- Support skill development in cooking, cleaning, menu planning, nutrition, and budgeting.
- Teach independent living skills to individuals served, as outlined in their treatment plans.
- Perform administrative duties, such as scanning, faxing, and organizing.
- Ensure compliance with training licensing regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Develop and participate in community and in-house recreational and leisure activities.
- GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illness.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Food safety training and competency in kitchen management.
