We are in search of a full-time team member to join our Integration Support Operations team. As a B2B Integration Specialist, you will deliver technical assistance to our managed partners and large-scale customers utilizing Amazon Business Integration technologies.
Your enthusiasm for being a pioneer in a new support organization is essential. You will blend a passion for exceptional customer service with a product-oriented mindset to ensure vital insights are conveyed to our product teams.
We seek individuals with expertise in managing technical integrations, nurturing developer/business relationships, and a commitment to enhancing the support experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and Amazon business teams to identify new offerings and enhance the B2B integration process, current offerings, and data quality.
- Maintain Amazon B2B specifications, mapping, and supplier configurations.
- Provide expert technical support for complex enterprise systems and high-quality tools that facilitate business operations.
- Independently manage high-severity incidents until resolution.
- Understand platform architecture, API documentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Become proficient in Amazon Business Integration Technologies and APIs, optimizing their deployment and troubleshooting.
- Implement quick solution fixes for customers and partners.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers on large-scale projects.
- Develop business cases to support new and improved processes leveraging our integrations and APIs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, prioritizing data-driven tool improvement requests and addressing core issues with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate technical communication between external developers and our product teams.
- Frame issues independently and translate them into actionable insights.
- Lead the strategic direction of your area of ownership or project.
- Make informed decisions balancing risk and impact.
- Propose innovative ideas supported by data and methodical analysis.
- Communicate effectively across markets and cross-functional teams.
- Articulate data-driven insights clearly to drive business actions.
- Foster strong relationships within cross-functional and global teams to influence outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a 24/7 online environment with on-call duties and real-time system responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience with B2B standards, including cXML, EDI (X12 and EDIFACT), and others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with problem ticketing, incident management, and issue escalation.
- Familiarity with the full web stack, REST API development, and bug management support.
- Knowledge of B2B communications standards and protocols – AS2, SFTP, HTTPS.
- Experience in writing functional design documents, maintaining EDI maps and specifications, troubleshooting complex EDI failures, and collaborating with external EDI partners.
- Experience with at least one EDI Software Implementation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
