Repair Technician - Guitars

As a Repair Technician - Guitars, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
