As a Leasing Specialist for Continental Realty, your primary focus is to lease apartment homes in a competitive market. You will deliver exceptional customer service to meet the ongoing needs of current residents and plan monthly social events.

This community features 616 apartment-homes, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your sales skills and build relationships with prospective residents.

• Develop a hunter's mentality to prepare endlessly and work through contacts and leads to lease as many apartments as possible.
• Exercise discipline to follow up consistently, a valuable act for anyone in a sales role.
• Be politely persistent to close sales and understand the product's value, features, and benefits.
• Develop relationships with prospective residents and current residents, fostering a positive community environment.
• Collaborate with your team to understand unique challenges and find the best solutions.

• Leasing experience is strongly preferred, with a sales background, hospitality, and/or customer service experience required.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday 9am-5:30 pm and Saturdays 9-5pm, with the option to participate in weekend rotations based on operations and staffing needs.
• Self-motivation and drive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work quickly on your feet.
• Market knowledge is a plus, and people skills are essential to have conversations with prospects and listen to their needs.
• Must be likeable to prospects and residents, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
