Job Details

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking a skilled Class A CDL driver to join our dedicated regional team. As a dedicated driver, you will enjoy a consistent schedule with weekly home time, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Pull 53' refrigerated trailers on a dedicated regional route
  • Run 4-6 weeks with a mentor OTR before going solo
  • Enjoy 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live store load/unloads
  • Have a minimum of 34-hour reset each week
  • Be willing to drive during the day or night
Benefits
  • Average 1700 miles per week
  • $1.70 per mile with a $1000 pay guarantee
  • $650 training pay for drivers with under 6 months OTR/Regional experience
  • $10 first stop pay - $15 each stop after
  • $25 short haul pay for loads under 50 miles
  • $1500 average weekly pay
  • .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO after 30 days
Requirements
  • Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours
  • Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL
  • Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
  • Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
  • No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years
  • Must have a solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training
  • Must be able to pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen
