**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dining Services Aide at LaPorte Care Center. As a key member of our dietary department, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers, including residents and employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with meal service and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
- Maintain stock and ensure proper rotation of product within assigned areas of operation, adhering to company standards for food safety and quality.
- Ensure the appearance of the dining room and service areas is maintained, including menu boards, table service set-up and removal, and overall cleanliness.
- Follow established standards for station and equipment cleanliness, adhering to company, local, state, and federal guidelines for food safety, food handling, and documentation.
**Requirements**
- Ability to operate food service equipment, including but not limited to, dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Industry experience preferred, but not required.
