Job Overview: As an Out-of-School Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will be responsible for planning and executing engaging after-school programs, supervising school-age teachers, and fostering positive relationships with parents and community members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver after-school programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  2. Supervise and mentor school-age teachers to ensure high-quality education and care.
  3. Collaborate with the Director to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff.
  4. Prepare and review attendance sheets and CACFP forms.
  5. Manage schooler supplies and budget.
  6. Provide backup driving duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience working in out-of-school programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures and populations.

Compensation and Benefits: $40,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, employee tuition discount, paid time off, parental leave, and professional development assistance.
