As an EHS leader, you will be responsible for creating and enforcing policies, procedures, and programs to drive compliance and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA requirements.
  • Ensure timely compliance with reporting and filing requirements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with Operations to support EHS needs, including ergonomics and job safety hazard reviews.
  • Maintain protocols for workplace hazards, including chemicals, substances, and risk exposures.
  • Design and deliver effective EHS training programs for all business units.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in EHS program development and management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA management concepts, regulations, and practices.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
