Job Overview

As an Automotive Detailer at Corwin Ford Tri-Cities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. This is a commission-paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and refurbish new and used vehicles to meet customer specifications
  • Wash and wax vehicle exteriors, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down door jams
  • Vacuum interior surfaces to remove loose dirt and debris
  • Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and devices
  • Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals
  • Clean engine and engine compartment using steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents
  • Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and restore appearance of engine area, rugs, and upholstery
  • Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
  • Use PACE VIN Order System and coordinate work with team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet specific customer requirements
  • Keep work area neat and clean, and report any safety issues to management
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1 year of automotive detail experience is preferred
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for interacting with employees, vendors, and customers
