We are seeking experienced Class A Flatbed drivers to join our team at 21st Century Personnel.

**Job Summary**
---------------

We have two separate accounts growing quickly, and we are looking for 21 drivers to fill these positions.

**Account Details**
-----------------

Our first account requires drivers to haul steel pipe or flat steel on a flatbed trailer. You will be home every weekend, with approximately 50% of loads requiring tarping. You will receive an additional $30 per load.

Our second account position offers a corporate-paid hotel room every night. You will run late model Daycab Freightliners with rolling tarp Conestoga Trailers. You will stay out 7-10 days, with 7 days resulting in two full days at home and 10 days resulting in three full days at home.

**Requirements**
------------

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least 1 year of recent OTR experience in the last 3 years, with at least 6 months of that being Flat Bed experience. Your "flatbed" experience must be verifiable, meaning your previous employer must be available to give you a good reference.

**Benefits**
---------

We offer a competitive pay package, including consistent pay and miles. We also offer regional positions as well as dedicated lanes positions. Our running area is east of the Mississippi, with some OTR positions available with sleeper trucks.

**Additional Pay**
-----------------

You will receive additional pay for multi-stop loads, layover pay (with approval), tarp pay, detention pay, drop pay, scales pay, EZ Pass/Pre-Pass, and bonus packages.

**Benefit Package**
-----------------

We offer an excellent benefit package, including Blue Cross & Blue Shield, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and a 401k package. Riders are allowed, and you will be assigned late model tractors.

**Bonus Packages**

We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000, a referral bonus of $3,000, and other bonuses available for safety and other achievements.
