Job Overview

Objective of the Role:

This position is designated for the Night Shift and focuses on the upkeep and repair of warehouse and production machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and food packaging apparatus. Additionally, the role encompasses general plumbing, welding, and various mechanical maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Night Shift Operations.
  • Conduct routine repairs and maintenance, along with predictive and preventive inspections.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on pallet jacks, forklifts, production machinery, and plumbing systems.
  • Engage in the installation and design of production equipment.
  • Execute minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
  • Support the completion of additional service requests as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a commendable driving record.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Capability to operate a forklift, lift at least 75 lbs., and work from heights of 30 feet or more.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with control circuits and electrical troubleshooting is essential.
