Baylor Scott & White Health Round Rock – Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working night shifts, with a 3 x 12 hour schedule. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our ICU team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- Experience working in an ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
