Speech Language Pathologist Aide

Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support within a school district. This role involves collaborating with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver services to students in grades K-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy is required.
- Possession of a BA in Speech Communications or an AAS degree from an accredited SLPA program.
- Active SLPA certification is preferred.
- Full-time commitment from Monday to Friday.
- Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to travel between multiple school locations as necessary.
- Deliver both direct and indirect services in alignment with individual student IEPs.
- This position is onsite; remote work is not available.
- Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services.
