Position Overview:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support within a school district. This role involves collaborating with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver services to students in grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy is required.
  • Possession of a BA in Speech Communications or an AAS degree from an accredited SLPA program.
  • Active SLPA certification is preferred.
  • Full-time commitment from Monday to Friday.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple school locations as necessary.
  • Deliver both direct and indirect services in alignment with individual student IEPs.
  • This position is onsite; remote work is not available.
  • Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services.
