Job Overview

Catholic Charities seeks a highly skilled Senior Program Developer to lead the development and implementation of our Creative and Expressive Arts program at the OMI Senior Center. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with the Program Director and senior center staff to create engaging activities that foster socialization, independence, and community participation among seniors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate creative arts programs for seniors, including workshops, classes, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and senior center team to plan and execute calendar development, monthly record keeping, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry for Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) reporting and case record reviews.
  • Prepare and submit case records in a timely manner.
  • Participate in quarterly case record review committees for PQI reporting and department or program performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field and minimum two years' experience in art education, or four years of related work experience.
  • Leadership abilities, teaching experience, and ability to take charge as needed.
  • Knowledge of services to seniors, ability to work as part of a team, and computer literacy.
Compensation

$28-$38 per hour based on experience.
