Job Title: Barista/Deli Associate

Join the Woodstock Farmers' Market team as a Barista/Deli Associate and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a key member of our prepared food and bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and drip coffee
  • Serve bakery items, including pastries, cookies, and other sweet treats
  • Prepare and serve prepared foods, including deli salads, sandwiches, and other items
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli and coffee areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 or older
  • 1-2 years' work experience in retail or food service is helpful, but not required
  • Must love coffee and have a passion for providing excellent customer service
