Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team at Castle Group, a renowned hospitality provider in Whitney, Texas. Our beautiful golf resort offers a unique and welcoming environment for our staff and residents alike.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, take orders, and serve meals and drinks with a smile
• Memorize and present menus to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Assess customers' needs and preferences, making personalized recommendations
• Verify customers' identification and confirm their eligibility to consume alcohol
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive atmosphere
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

• Food Handlers Certification or Safe Staff Certification (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction
• Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Fluency in English as a primary language
