Pediatric Skilled Nursing Opportunities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC. As a pediatric skilled nursing professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with medical complexities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, adhering to individualized care plans and multidisciplinary approaches.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care and effective case management.
  • Participate in daily conversations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care strategies.
  • Conduct patient and family education as necessary, promoting holistic care and empowering families to support their child's needs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  • Recent graduates with provisional licenses are also encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting systems are essential.
  • Preferred: Six months of experience as a practicing LPN with pediatric experience.
