Responsibilities in this Role:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations
  • Deliver care in alignment with physician directives and established treatment plans
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals
  • Prepare for patient discharge, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
  • Engage in performance enhancement and program development initiatives
  • Contribute to budget planning processes, focusing on service and program cost-effectiveness
  • Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Certification or eligibility for the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or participation as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the relevant state
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
