We are actively seeking skilled Orthopedic Surgical Technicians to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Be part of a group committed to delivering unparalleled orthopedic care in Connecticut.
Work Schedule: Flexible 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Shifts alternate between 7 AM - 5 PM and 9 AM - 7 PM. No weekend, holiday, or on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist from NBSTSA.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Surgical Technologist in an orthopedic setting within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Current BLS certification.
- Effective communication skills to interact with operating room personnel, patients, and their families.
