Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Underground Distribution projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing business relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Conduct business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and preparing estimates and bids.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks while seeking out opportunities.
  • Develop and communicate project information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project costs, including developing project cash flows, managing project billing, and tracking change orders.
  • Exhibit proficiency in contract development and management.
  • Exhibit proficiency in project risk management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, including managing complex projects and developing business relationships.
  • Strong business development skills, including identifying new business opportunities and preparing estimates and bids.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to manage project risks, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks while seeking out opportunities.
  • Proficiency in contract development and management.
  • Proficiency in project risk management.
