Job Summary

Courtyard Fargo is seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a great breakfast experience. This includes preparing food orders, serving meals and beverages, and performing various kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and a smile, and engage with them throughout their stay.
  • Present menu options, answer questions, and take food and beverage orders.
  • Cook or prepare food according to recipe and menu specifications.
  • Compute bills and accept payment, tracking sales receipts.
  • Clean and reset tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and wait station.
  • Inventory food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and friendly manner.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food service regulations and safety protocols.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to lift and carry heavy trays, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
