Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive sales and service support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products and services, customer accounts, and billing processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Process and coordinate accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable functions
  • Assist with route forecasting, maintenance, and scheduling of daily service work, installation, and repairs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a team environment
