Sales Performance Leader

BBSI is a dynamic organization that prides itself on its commitment to delivering exceptional business solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing opportunities to expand our client base.
We're seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in top-performing roles. You'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business through consultative-selling, focusing on the value proposition rather than price.
A key aspect of this role is managing a referral network plan, identifying 20-30 primary referral partnerships to build within the first 60-90 days. You'll also work closely with the Area Manager and team to align prospects and move them into closing and onboarding. In addition, you'll drive top-line revenue for the branch while supporting efforts to effectively manage bottom line.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to comprehend financial concepts, including P&L, rate of taxation, labor burden, and other relevant metrics. Strong analytical, negotiating, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential. A valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteria is also required, as roughly 85% of time will require automobile travel.
This role reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch. The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-120,000 annually, with eligibility for incentive pay in accordance with the Company's plan. The estimated salary for this position is $112,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
