Job Title: Diesel Truck Technician

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Truck Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on diesel trucks and other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other systems.
  • Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable.
  • Read and interpret diagnostic test results, often using computer equipment and software.
  • Perform routine and annual DOT required repairs and inspections.
  • Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
  • Utilize multiple manufacturers' websites, software, and diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to complete PUC and pre-employment drug test and provide copies of the necessary certifications.
  • Two years of mechanical experience in a diesel repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
  • Must have your own standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles.
  • 4+ current and valid ASE certifications required OR must obtain at least 4 of the GP approved ASE's for the Diesel Tech role within 9 months of start date.
  • Class 4 license, or the ability to obtain to operate vehicles with a GVWR greater than 18K.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs when performing maintenance or repairs.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
