The estimated salary for this position is $ $84,000 - $114,000 per year, depending on experience and education. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for nurses with over one year of experience and $15,000 for graduate nurses.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care activities, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication among staff members.
- Participate in unit-based shared governance, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence.
**Requirements**
- Zero to two years of experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
