Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Leadership of on-site teams to ensure safe and efficient construction practices
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Development and implementation of quality control measures to meet client expectations
  • Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant construction industry experience, with progressively greater responsibility
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex construction projects with aggressive timelines
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Expert knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and P3/P6 Primavera software
