BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Mount Royal, New Jersey.

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies to promote communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services with other healthcare providers.
  • Document client progress and communicate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NJ.
  • A certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients and responsibilities.
