Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, creating, modifying, maintaining, and implementing treatment and behavior plans. You will also train staff to implement these plans and provide supervision per insurance and BACB requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, create, modify, maintain, and implement treatment and behavior plans

  • Train family members to equip them with the skills needed to manage day-to-day activities and social situations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (M.S., M.A., M.Ed.)
  • LBA and BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Receptive to feedback, effective in providing constructive criticism and praise
