Position Overview:
The Room Care Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare vacant rooms for new guests, and maintain occupied rooms to ensure a pristine environment. This includes detailed cleaning of lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, windows, and flooring.
  • Restock essential supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Organize and tidy guest rooms as needed.
  • Participate in the regular cleaning program by refreshing bedding and linens according to established schedules.
  • Complete daily room maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with carpet care by performing spot cleaning during room servicing.
  • Keep housekeeping carts well-organized and stocked.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Help maintain cleanliness in common areas of the hotel.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Adhere to high standards of cleanliness and service as outlined in our self-inspection protocols.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
  • Comprehensive understanding of emergency procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
