Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working in a school setting and has experience supporting bilingual students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in bilingual students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in providing speech-language services in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
