Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans to address those needs.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with SEARHC policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Alaska.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Valid Driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Broad-based clinical experience in multiple settings.
Working Conditions:

This position requires up to 50% travel. The Physical Therapist will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
