Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Logan area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will implement treatment plans to assist clients of all ages with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer speech therapy services in the home and community settings.
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care that meets the needs of the client and family.
  • Assist pediatric and adult patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning.
  • Coordinate care with referring physician and other health care organizations and personnel.
  • Instruct client, family/caregiver, and other organization health care personnel in the client's treatment plan.
  • Identify client and family/caregiver needs for other services and refer as appropriate.
  • Prepare and submit documentation per organization policy.
Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP).
  • ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Utah.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
