We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at American Family Care. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Perform triage of newly registered patients and direct them to available examination rooms
- Collect biological specimens and perform testing as requested
- Assist physicians with patient care and follow established medical protocols and procedures
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years experience post-graduation working as a licensed Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Understanding of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
