About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at SalonCentric, a leading wholesale distributor of premium salon professional beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Provide outstanding service to salon professionals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sell and Promote Products - Sell the finest professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events, and advertised products.
  • Process Transactions and Maintain Store Appearance - Process sales and return transactions, maintain store appearance, and prepare for physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Gain Essential Product Knowledge - Develop expertise in hair and beauty products, sharing knowledge with customers and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Team Members - Work together in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities.
  • Grow and Develop - Commit to excellence, experience endless growth opportunities, and contribute to the success of SalonCentric.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Retail or Related Experience (strongly preferred)
  • Basic Reading and Math Skills
  • Ability to Use Computerized Point of Sale System (SAP experience preferred)
  • Availability to Work Weekends
  • Age 18 and High School Diploma or Equivalent GED (preferred)
  • Ability to Lift Up to 20 Lbs.
  • Ability to Stand and Walk Throughout Scheduled Shift
