Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workers Compensation Case Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Workers Compensation Paralegal, you will act as the foundation to help our attorneys take the necessary steps to reach a satisfactory resolution to each of our client's claims.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume personal injury caseloads through the work comp claim process.
  • Obtain and review medical records, wage information, employee records, and documents provided by the client's adjuster.
  • Monitor the progression of each claim.
  • Maintain case files and draft correspondence.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service.
  • Aquainted with HIPAA laws and dedicated to safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching retirement plan, three weeks of paid time off, and more.
