In the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other specialists to offer essential support and direction to clients.

Key Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

  • Perform client evaluations to identify behavioral requirements and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
  • Develop and apply behavior analysis methodologies to tackle behavioral issues and encourage skill enhancement for each client in your care.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to behavior technicians and other professionals.
  • Regularly meet with the treatment team to review progress and implement necessary intervention adjustments.
  • Work in partnership with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and execute treatment strategies.
  • Gather and assess data to track client advancement and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Keep precise and current records of client progress and treatment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Must hold a license with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA therapy is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Capability to evaluate client needs, devise treatment plans, and effectively monitor progress.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality client care and fostering positive outcomes.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required, or willingness to complete training within 30 days of hire.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling to clients' homes or other clinic locations based on client caseload.
