Locum Obstetrician-Gynecologist

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team in Salem, OR. This is a temporary assignment, lasting several weeks or months, to address staffing shortages in hospitals and outpatient clinics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare for women across all stages of life, including prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum care.
• Conduct gynecological exams, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic procedures to diagnose and treat a wide range of women's health conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies, cesarean sections, and minimally invasive surgeries, depending on the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training program in obstetrics and gynecology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the AOA.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Oregon.
