Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at APPI, LLC. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
  • Measure and calculate materials needed for projects
  • Cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to specifications
  • Assemble and install furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a plus for experience in yacht interiors
  • Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good understanding of basic math
  • Experience rebuilding yachts' interiors or working on boats a plus
  • Reliable transportation
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work on deadlines as needed.
