In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Key responsibilities include checking in members, answering phones, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities
* Check in members and guests in accordance with company procedures* Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner* Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in* Maintain a clean and organized work area* Sell retail products and schedule member services* Assist in all projects delegated by club management* Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent* At least 18 years of age* Eligible to work in the United States and provide proof of eligibility* Physical ability to lift 10 lbs, stand, bend, and squat with frequency* Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification* Certifications required by local/state laws* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
