Position Overview:

Chandler Concrete Co., Inc. is actively looking for skilled Mixer Truck Operators who possess a valid Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver's License). The primary responsibilities include loading, transporting, and unloading ready mix concrete from the batch plant to various job sites while adhering to established safety, service, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a current and valid VA Driver's License.
  • Possession of a current CDL license Class A or B is required.
  • Demonstrated safe driving record; no chargeable or preventable accidents within the last three years is preferred.
  • A satisfactory criminal background check; no felony convictions in the past ten years.
  • Prior experience in operating heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Stable employment history, ideally no more than three jobs in the last five years or five jobs in the last ten years.
  • Current and valid DOT Physical (preferably with no restrictions).
  • All candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential.

Work Environment:
